Torn Muscles?

This is probably completely interesting (un-interesting, [just to grab attention]) but I can't get it off my mind! Story time!

Normally I go to the gym 2-3 times a week, I have a usual routine lasting approx 2.5 hours. Over the school holidays I didn't go once as I couldn't get there and back - that's my excuse anyway - as my gym is in another town, a 20 min drive from where I live. I've been to the gym twice since school restarted trying to get back into it, the first session I did my usual work out and I wasn't sore at all (like usual) but my second session a few days later I felt completely dead after as I had added a few extra things into my routine.

....The next day my calf muscles were quite sore, hurt a bit to walk
....This morning I woke up with very sore legs! I found it hard to walk without complaining
....Tonight, I literally can not walk at all. If I try to walk my knees give way, I have to grab onto the nearest stable object and it is intensely painful!

I would just like to say as I find it quite amusing... My little brother has actually volunteered to push me around on a wheely chair and do whatever I ask. This is probably due to the fact the children of the family take a different side with each other every day depending on the issue and today one of my older brothers seems to be the victim tonight, therefore my little brother attaches himself to me being very nice and helping me.

Now, tomorrow is Sunday (Mother's Day) and I work every Sunday for the family business. Mum comes home from dinner tonight to find out I still can't walk at all which is the main ingredient for a moody pissed off mum, I can definitely understand why although I can't actually do anything about that. I truly hope I can at least walk tomorrow otherwise I'd feel horrible for making my mum have to work in place of me. I've googled remedies and ways to help it heal faster but everything says it'll last at least a few days and the best I can do is put pain-relief gel and muscle relaxant on my calfs, which I've done with no results. If anything my muscles have got worse!

Anyway,. I need to roll around the house to get my stuff ready for work in the morning in case I can walk. I hope you all have a great Mother's Day especially for all you mothers out there and that you have a wonderfully twisted family like my own!
Over and out.
